Off-Campus and Study Abroad Opportunities
At Hope College, there are many opportunities to study abroad and study off-campus. The programs that can work with these opportunities vary by regions and countries in the world. For example, Brazil offers Amazon Resource and Management, Human Ecology, Social Justice, Sustainable Development, Public Health, Race and Human Rights, Liberal Arts, Business, and Culture. Though programs are not offered everywhere in Brazil. Many are only offered at one college in the whole country. This applies to all regions in the world.
Internships at Hope College are semester or summer long, supervised work experiences related to a student's major, or interest area, for which the student earns academic credit. The internship experience may be paid or unpaid, on or off campus.
At Hope College, students have access to several job sites. They are able to register their name and degree and employers are able to see them. This exposes them to many employers in their profession and it is highly recommended that all students register in at least one of the sites provided.
